The base fee for a certificate of authenticity is $5 (price may be more depending on the complexity of the item). We charge daily rates when authenticating submissions. However, the rates may change depending on the declared value(s).
Certain circumstances allow for negotiable rates. Factors that play in this are the market of desirability, bulk quantity, references, recurring orders, transportation fees, insurance arbitration, and familiarity.

Initial Consultation
Booking a pre-submission appointment with us is completely free. In this booking, we will discuss the items in question, the services required, and the projected timeline. With all three considered, we will provide the customer with a quote.

Dating & Research
To confirm the age of the memorabilia, we use state-of-the-art carbon dating technology, advanced photo matching techniques, detailed calligraphy analysis, and composition of materials inspections. Our team of experts ensures that every piece is genuine and accurately assessed.

Autograph Fee Legend
For our analytical team to authenticate an autograph or a group of autographs, we provide price ranges. The prices change from 1 signature, 2-5 signatures, 6-20 signatures, and 21+ signatures.

Auction
Post-authentication, we provide customers with the option of putting items up for auction. This option gives you the opportunity to get the best price for your items, and we have slots available in local, national, and international auctions depending on the value of your items.
